    Rob Richer


Rob Richer served as the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) Associate Deputy Director for Operations from 2004-2005. He forged strong and productive partnerships with key elements of the United States military and Intelligence community in pursuit of key national priorities. Richer constructed a directorate leadership team uniquely positioned and staffed to deliver results against critical organizational and national priorities. Richer led the Directorate’s leadership team in the development and implementation of a strategic plan addressing unprecedented growth in both human and budget resources. He established and maintained strong personal and professional relationships with a diverse range of senior officials abroad with specific focus in the Middle East and South Asia. Richer has extensive overseas experience and is an expert in the formulation, implementation and briefing of intelligence and national security issues to senior U.S. government policy makers.
