Paul Bailey leads Austin McGregor's Private Equity, Industrial, Consumer and Business Services practices and manages our Chicago and Champaign, IL offices. With over 20 years of executive search experience with both a large multinational firm as well as smaller boutique firms, Paul's success in recruiting top executives in varied industries give him a broad view of how divergent businesses operate and what makes executives successful. Paul's practice encompasses multiple levels of management search including CEO's, Directors and Managers.

Paul received his BBA from Northwood University and is actively involved in his community, a member of a number of civic/service organizations and is actively involved in coaching youth sports.
