and gained an extremely insightful vantage point into
what makes companies succeed. Speaking with thousands
of senior executives, he has developed access to a

became Managing Partner and relocated to his native
Virginia to expand the firms East Coast practice

customers and become the 7th largest ISP in the country.
Jeremy was then recruited to join DHR International,
a top 10 retained executive search firm, as their
youngest search consultant. He was on the leadership
team of the company's early-stage high technology
practice. Upon graduation from Florida State University
with a BS degree in Political Science, Jeremy founded
a consulting firm in Springfield, VA, which created
and managed fundraising campaigns for several national
charities. He grew the company to over 100 employees
and raised millions of dollars for Kiwanis, Veterans
