As a Partner in the Washington D.C. area, Andrew is an accomplished executive search professional with a broad range of expertise in information technology. Having entered the search profession in 1993, he's completed numerous CXO/VP assignments for clients throughout North American and Europe in both the commercial and federal markets.

Andrew began his career in Central/Eastern Europe, where he helped found one of the first searches firm in the Czech Republic, aiding the entry of multinational companies into an emerging region. His company quickly expanded into six countries, and was eventually acquired by TMP Worldwide.

He then joined Heidrick & Struggles, working first in Europe than in the United States (Boston and Washington/Tysons Corner). As a member of the International Technology Practice, Andrew was the Associate Head of the Software Specialty Practice worldwide.

He later spent time on the venture capital side, managing executive recruitment for the Optical Capital Group. He went on to launch the D.C. area executive searches practice of two firms, Venator Partners and HireStrategy. At Venator, his primary focus was on Israeli and European companies expanding into the U.S. market. At HireStrategy, his practice ranged from local venture-backed firms to IT services firms to federal contractors.

Andrew is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from the London Business School.
